Made In The Shade attracts a flock of fabulous vendors each season.  Spanning creative disciplines and drawing inspiration from the quirkiest of cultural quarters, the Made In The Shade vendor line-up sure does read like a role-call of emerging talent!

Collectively, organisers Carrie, Clare and Suzanne share a wealth of expertise as creative business owners and as vendors/exhibitors.  This insight and understanding, coupled with a transparent and ethical approach to business, directly influences the experience of the Made In The Shade vendor.

 

                       

 

Made In The Shade is committed to providing a value for money service for participating indie businesses.  The team devote time and resources to the promotion and marketing of each event and work hard to ensure that each vendor is well prepared and well looked after prior to - and on the day of the event. Every effort is made to provide additional opportunities for vendors to use Made In The Shade as a promotional platform and the organising team strive to create a friendly, supportive environment for emerging creative talent and owners of young businesses. 

Made In The Shade ain't no craft market.  It ain't even an alt. craft fayre and it sure ain't no stuffy design show neither.   In the fabulously well crafted words of fashion stylist turned Made In The Shade vendor Diana Kiernander, "A shop that works as a catwalk, museum, exhibition space, music hall and showroom - it's a retail revolution!"  Blush!
