Hooray! The merry, merry month of May is finally here and we’re all set to celebrate Made in the Shade’s 3rd birthday!
We had hoped to share this, our first little Springtime Jamboree offering, on the 1st of the month but we have been conducting an unexpected secret special mission which has taken up some time – so! A couple of days later than planned, here we go… It’s the Made in the Shade Birthday Out Trail!
On our map, you’ll find some of our favourite shops, hangouts and interesting spots to explore in Glasgow. We wanted to give a big birthday clap to our fellow indie business owners and we wanted to get back in tune with all the lovely things our hometown has to offer. Of course, you needn’t necessarily visit every location on the map in one dollop – you might want to spin the experience out a little but we do hope you enjoy a day in the life of a Made in the Shade gal and that you unearth some fabulous treasure and some great local haunts as you do :)
If you can’t make the trip to Glasgow to enjoy the day out – fear not! We’ll be enjoying our own Birthday Day Out and we’ll share every little detail with you to give a flavour of the fun you might have if you manage to visit someday!
